Questions
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month by month and can cancel at any time. Couvella keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens after the free month?
You add a card to keep taking bookings. Nothing is charged during the free month. The telephone number starts as soon as a card is on file.
Can I bring my bookings from my current system?
Yes. Straight across from easyTable, or from a file exported from any other system, with your guests.
I have more than one restaurant.
Each restaurant has its own plan. You sign in once and switch between them.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. You can export it at any time, and we never contact your guests for ourselves.
