Compare Couvella
One price a month, all software features included, no per-guest fees. Here is how that sits beside the systems restaurants most often ask us about, from each company’s own published terms.
- Couvella or TheFork?TheFork brings diners from its own app and site, and charges for each one it brings. Couvella has no marketplace and charges no per-guest fees: one price a month, whoever books and wherever they find you.
- Couvella or Zenchef?Zenchef starts at €129 a month, above Couvella’s one price, and adds a share of card payments, with text messages, Instagram bookings and the AI assistant as paid add-ons. Couvella includes the telephone assistant and takes nothing on payments.
- Couvella or easyTable?easyTable costs less a month than Couvella. Couvella includes a telephone assistant with its own number and 300 minutes a month, WhatsApp, Ask, gift vouchers and paid tables in its one price, and brings your easyTable bookings across.
- Couvella or aleno?aleno sets its price per restaurant after a demo, so there is no figure to put beside ours. Couvella’s price is on the page, the same for every restaurant, and you can set everything up before paying anything.
- Couvella or OpenTable?OpenTable charges for each guest who finds you through its network, and in the UK does not publish its prices. Couvella has one published price and no per-guest fees.
- Quandoo has closed. Where now?Quandoo stopped taking bookings on 30 September 2026. Its own notice says it “has now completed its planned and orderly closure”; bookings already made stay with the restaurant, and Quandoo advises confirming them directly. Couvella is one published price a month with no per-guest fees, and your first month of taking bookings is free.
